How/When do you ship?

All products ship fast. We ship orders in 1-3 business days. USA Deliveries take about 5-7 days in transit via USPS. International Shipping time is 1-3 weeks. Please note, shipping times may vary because of COVID 19. All packages are shipped first class with tracking included. If you’d like to purchase additional insurance or desire expedited shipping, please email us at info@rahcrystals.com.

Where do you ship? Do you ship outside of the US?

We ship all over the USA!
And Now, we ship to Canada! YAY.
Customer is responsible for all Duty/Taxes inquired for imports.

How often are new items in the store?

As all pieces are handmade, the timing of store updates vary. However, our intention is to have new items in the shop seasonally. To get updates on new items, sign up for our mailing list!

What's your return policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN GOODS.

If item(s) arrive damaged from shipping, please email us immediately so that we may resolve this challenge.

We are also happy to repair your RahCrystals for a minimal fee. An additional fee may incur if crystal/stone needs to be replaced. Our intention is to take care of you with all of the love your adornment was created with.

Do you make custom pieces/commissioned works?

ABSOLUTELY! We love co-creating specific pieces for our clients. To get started, contact us via email (info@rahcrystals.com) with your inquiry and we'll get back to you within 48 hrs.

Is there insurance on the pieces (for delivery)?

USPS shipping includes $50 insurance on packages. However, you can email us to purchase more insurance for your pieces.

On orders $500+, insurance is automatically added to your purchase.
